Project Manager
12 month fixed term contract
Landmarc Support Services is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team at Wathgill Camp. This role involves managing multiple small works and construction projects across the Defence Training Estate in the North region.
The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
* Deliver all life cycle projects efficiently, meeting quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.
* Oversee a high volume of minor small works projects (electrical, mechanical, and fabric).
* Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and the internal FM team to ensure smooth project execution.
* Maintain financial responsibility for all minor works completed.
* Interpret budgets and contract requirements accurately.
* Develop and implement plans of work for each project, incorporating both in-house and sub-contracted services.
* Conduct project review meetings with all stakeholders.
* Ensure the agreed profit percentage is achieved on all projects.
* Support the Contract Support Office projects team with regional major projects, including progress reviews, Health and Safety inspections, and quality control.
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, or building fabric) is desired.
* Project Management Qualification.
* Membership of a professional project management body or evidence of progress towards membership.
* Proven experience managing a variety of life cycle projects up to £100k.
* Strong understanding of CDM regulations.
* Proficiency in workload scheduling and work order processes, preferably in a multi-tasking environment.
* Solid grasp of project management principles.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally.
* Knowledge of health and safety, evidenced by IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH certification.
