We're looking for ambitious and driven Business Development Executives to join our team! This role involves generating new business leads and managing client relationships through a variety of methods including outbound telesales and digital marketing. You'll have the chance to take ownership of your role and will be supported with networking events, training, and development to help you succeed.
Responsibilities:
* Bringing in new business leads through outbound telesales and digital marketing efforts
* Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
* Collaborating with other teams to identify and pursue leads
* Networking and attending industry events to create new opportunities
* Providing sales and marketing support to the wider team as needed
* Updating our CRM with accurate records of sales and marketing activities
Qualifications:
* Confidence to pick up the phone and make mistakes!
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A positive and proactive attitude
* Experience in sales, business development, and digital marketing is a plus but not a necessity

This is a full-time role, starting salary is £25,000 with uncapped commission potential. OTE £30,000 +
