Main Purpose of the Role of a BIM Specialist
The BIM Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing the Building Information Modelling (BIM) process within the design department of our end-to-end design and build organisation. This role requires a high level of technical expertise in BIM software and methodologies to support efficient and consistent BIM integration across design stages. A key responsibility is ensuring that all BIM practices adhere to industry regulations and ISO standards, supporting the successful delivery of high-quality projects.
