We Are Recruiting For A Senior Planning Engineer Salary: £60-80,000 Job type: Full time and Permanent This exciting opportunity to join our team has been created because of our continued success and expansion within the marketplace, in particular within the renewable energy sector. As part of the Engineering Department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining contract programme for tender submissions and live projects to align with customer requirements and contract compliance Duties and responsibilities of the role include: Developing and maintaining contract programme for tender submissions and live projects to align with customer requirements and contract compliance Liaison with Project Managers/Engineers and attend progress meetings where required to enable monthly programme updates and programme narratives for monthly submissions Assistance and consultation with Project Teams on Change Management of Projects and submission of impact programmes and narratives to support Extension of Time and Acceleration claims Monitoring and management of subcontractors programmes ensuring compliance and coordination with Powersystems programme Developing policies and procedures to improve planning and scheduling efficiencies Supporting Project teams with developing resource estimates and costs for monthly reporting Providing input into risk registers determining contractual and programme risks and provide support for risk management through project tender and project life cycleCollaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders to optimise project delivery Lead on integrating scheduling between all projects and providing resource requirements to the Operations Manager Contribute to the future success of Powersystems and clientsProactively look at ways to enhance the service offered by the business and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of company processes Maintain a professional image at all times.
