We welcome internal applications for this opportunity to develop and learn key skills integral to the manufacture of Hepco’s components to specification within the CNC Cell. Minimal, if any, programming will be required.
Responsibilities:
Operating 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC machines for production of various components by:
* Selection of correct programme using the Fanuc and Hurco controls
* Identifying the required tooling
* Setting tools in the machine
* Setting the work holding on the machine
* Running a proving programme
Skills:
* Understanding and reading engineering drawings
* Ability to follow process instructions
* Able to use measuring equipment
* Basic IT knowledge
A basic level of engineering machining experience will provide a good foundation for training on specific use of machines and other job functions.
Hours of Work:
Monday – Thursday: 7am – 4pm
Friday: 7am – 12pm 39-hours per week.
