We are April Six (Mobility), a Marketing and Communications agency with 35 years of experience, that specializes in working with the most exciting, forward-thinking mobility brands and manufacturers. We’re based in a beautiful converted barn on the rural edge of Bournemouth, but still just a 20-minute drive from some of the best beaches in Dorset. We’re fortunate to be based in a fantastic location that blends the best of both rural and coastal life.

Role
So, who are we looking for?
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Administrator to join our Stellantis team, working closely with two experienced Account Managers. In this role, you will be at the heart of customer service, ensuring smooth account administration, handling multiple customer queries, and working collaboratively to resolve issues efficiently. This position also offers an excellent opportunity to develop account management experience in a fast-paced marketing agency environment, gaining exposure to client relationships, campaign coordination, and strategic problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service & Account Administration:
o Manage incoming customer queries via the Helpline and inbox, providing timely and professional responses.
o Investigate customer issues and liaise with the data team to resolve account-related problems effectively.
o Ensure account administration is consistently up to date, maintaining accurate internal agency records, documentation, and customer account details.
* Collaboration & Problem-Solving:
o Work closely with internal teams—including Creative, Planning, and Digital—to ensure customer requests and account issues are handled efficiently.
o Assist in troubleshooting and resolving digital bugs or system errors affecting customer accounts, the website or our internal database.
* Campaign Support & Reporting:
o Help manage and coordinate campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and tracking.
o Manage select marketing communications, including briefing the Creative team and overseeing projects from development to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
o Identify trends and insights from customer feedback to improve overall service.
What are the key responsibilities?
* Building and maintaining strong Client relationships.
* Handling incoming and outgoing calls from IMT’s and Retailers, and helping advise on marketing communications and how to use the platform for marketing assets as well as dealing with customer queries regarding their Reward programme accounts.
* Assisting with the trafficking of projects through the production process from briefing creative work through to the completed project.
* Working closely with the Digital team whether that be on projects or bugs/queries and carrying out thorough testing with the team.
* Providing team support to both Account Managers to ensure we meet our deliverables.
* Negotiating and gaining approval from the Client for all projects and creative work and ensuring that work is carried out to these agreements.
* Managing day-to-day budget, monitoring all job costs, and obtaining approval before spend is committed.
* Looking after internal and customer reporting for us and our clients. Keeping records and spreadsheets up to date and having a strong eye for detail.
Is there any specific experience, skills or qualifications needed?
* Strong organisational skills, experience with dealing with customers from a marketing perspective.
* An understanding of the basic elements of advertising and marketing.
* Excellent administrative skills and the ability to juggle many projects.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines with efficiency and attention to detail.
* Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams, including Creative, Planning, Digital, and Data, to ensure seamless project execution and issue resolution.
