Your Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
* Lead and manage the hotel's team to achieve operational excellence through the Senior Management team.
* Create a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for all guests.
* Develop and implement long-term strategies for growth, profitability, and sustainability.
* Drive hotel performance through financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Foster a positive work environment that encourages staff development, engagement, and retention.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
What You Will Need:
* 3-4 years of experience in a Deputy General Manager or similar leadership role within a busy hotel environment.
* Strong understanding of hotel operations, financial management, and industry trends.
* Proven track record in creating and implementing successful strategies for guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
* Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
* Strong commercially minded and experience in managing large budgets, revenues and costs.
* High standards for service delivery, particularly in Food & Beverage and guest relations.
* A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to drive continuous improvement within hotel operations.
