But you won’t just be producing content - you’ll be developing a master strategy for how to distribute so that it lands at exact right places in the customer journey that lead to concrete outcomes for our revenue generation engine.
If you love creating - but also need the satisfaction of seeing your impact in revenue - then this is the role for you.
What you will be doing:

2. Leading on the execution of key content projects, from webinars to videos, ebooks to cheat sheets.
3. Leading the Community strategy for Birdie, which centres around flock.care (the “social network for social care”), which is now over 2,000 members strong.
4. Coaching and developing a Content and Community Executive.
We’d love to hear from you if…
1. You have 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing.
2. You have demonstrable experience of driving commercial impact through owning content marketing strategy and execution.
3. You are an excellent copywriter and editor, detail-oriented and always pushing to make words their most powerful.
4. You are confident in owning the distribution strategy for your content, leveraging channels from email to direct mail, social media to SDRs to get maximum exposure with the right audiences.
5. You are passionate about knowing your market, customers and competition and creating content that “meets them where they are” but serves to not just engage, but influence.
6. You have a strong understanding of the B2B buying journey, including feeling comfortable using CRM and analytics tools to measure the impact of content activities on pipeline and revenue.
7. You’re confident being hands-on with marketing automation tools (ideally Hubspot), email software and CMS systems (ideally Webflow).
8. You have experience as a people manager.
These are our ideal requirements, but we know some people are less likely to apply for the role unless they are 100% qualified. We promote a diverse, inclusive and empowering culture at Birdie, so please apply if you meet the majority of these competencies.
