Person specification EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING Essential criteria Good level of education to GCSE standard. (at least 3 subjects) Grade C GCSE or equivalent in English Desirable criteria NVQ level II or III in Health Care Manual handling or First Aid qualification EXPERIENCE Essential criteria Able to accept and undertake responsibility for designated tasks Previous work in health care environment and experience of patients with physical impairment 6 months experience within a customer care (face to face) environment.
