Salary MF01 £36,616 Applications are invited from enthusiastic and capable doctors for the above post at Foundation Year 1 level in General Surgery within Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This post is ideally suited to doctor interested in all elements of General Surgery. The successful applicant will be appointed to this post of a fixed term contract for 12 months. This post offers:
* Excellent experience in General or Lower GI Surgery, with out of hours commitment in General Surgery.
* Support from experienced middle grade doctors working a full shift system.
* Full consultant cover readily available.
* Ward Phlebotomy service.
* On site PGME and library facilities.
* Regular appraisal and Performance Reviews.
This post does not attract educational approval from Health Education England, but the successful candidate will have the opportunity to participate in local teaching and training.
