An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Theale as a Service Co-ordinator. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm. Ideally, you have worked in the Audio/Visual sector.
As the Service Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for:
1. Assisting the Service/Installations Manager & Supervisor.
2. Answering the Service Line telephone promptly and pleasantly, handling all calls/information with discretion and confidentiality. Monitoring the Service email inbox and dealing with any enquiries.
3. Ensuring all service calls are logged promptly onto Optim & Verisae.
4. Arranging for Sub-contractors to attend calls and raising purchase orders.
5. Updating engineers assigned calls daily and reporting any calls that need further works to the Service Manager/Supervisor. Updating customer websites with engineer ETA and delivery of kit/parts.
Systems used: Verisae, Expansive, Pronet, Oss, Bellrock, Cloud FM & Nexus.

The successful Service Co-ordinator will have the following related skills/experience:
1. Good communication skills and a pleasant customer-focused attitude
2. A working knowledge of A/V installations with some technical knowledge
3. Good organisational skills
4. Good computer skills
5. Good problem-solving skills
