Your day-to-day Child Safety and Development : Oversee the care, safety, and overall development of children within the nursery. Team Leadership; Lead and motivate the nursery team, conducting staff assessments, organisng training, and maintaining high standards of practice. Parent and Carer Engagement : Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and carers, encouraging engagement and communication. Activity Planning : Plan and implement group and individual activities to meet children’s needs and development goals. Ofsted Excellence : Aim for and maintain an outstanding Ofsted rating by developing and executing strategic plans. Policy Implementation : Stay updated on early years' developments and implement relevant policies and practices.
