Lynx Recruitment is working with a world-leading optical technology provider, seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their innovative optical technology company in Ashford, specialising in medical and life science instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end project delivery in medical device manufacturing
2. Manage cross-functional teams and international supply chain partners
3. Oversee process validation and regulatory compliance (ISO13485, FDA, MDR)
4. Drive internal/external presentations and stakeholder management
5. Monitor project financials and maintain detailed documentation

Requirements:

1. Degree in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering
2. Project management certification (CPM, PMP, or Prince2) preferred
3. Strong electronics and mechanics knowledge
4. Experience with validation, verification, and technical documentation
5. Proficiency in MS Project
6. Ability to travel internationally as needed
