Location: Thame, Oxfordshire
Hours: 8:00am 2:30pm | Monday to Friday (32.5 hours/week)
Schedule: Term Time Only
Salary: £12.85 ph
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to oversee the preparation and service of over 300 meals per day in a busy kitchen environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent food safety knowledge, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a small kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
Oversee meal preparation, cooking, and service to a high standard
Ensure full compliance with food safety legislation and hygiene procedures
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively
Monitor hygiene standards, manage stock, and maintain a clean kitchen environment
Essential Requirements:
Experience supervising or managing a team in a busy kitchen
Food Hygiene Level 2 and 3 certification (required)
Strong working knowledge of food safety and kitchen legislation
Proven customer service skills
Enhanced DBS (required)
