I am recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager around the West, this is a permanent role working for a national volume housebuilder.
There are multiple roles available in various locations in the area.
Responsibilities and Role:
1. Reporting into the Site Manager on site
2. Updating and maintaining site diary
3. Organising and controlling labour and sub-contractors
4. Health and Safety - induction of new employees and frequent inspection of all operations
5. Assisting the Site Manager in the management and inspection of quality of work
Requirements:
1. Trade or construction degree background
2. Experience working for a similar company in the past
3. Knowledge of building process, including general Building Regulations
4. Desirable - NVQ Construction Site Supervision L4
5. First aid qualified
6. CSCS card holder at Manager/Supervisor level
7. Safety trained in Construction Site Safety
8. Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate at all levels
Salary and Benefits:
1. Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience
