What the Job Involves This role involves coordinating and delivering multi-agency interventions through a whole-family approach. You will be responsible for conducting Early Help Assessments, organizing Team Around the Family Meetings, and developing SMART plans with families. Your work will include making home visits, completing direct work with children and young people, and ensuring timely results to prevent escalation to more severe interventions.
