If you’re successful in this application, you will be joining the UK and EU Marketing team to lead our CRM and Digital content execution.
The Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled CRM and Marketing specialist to work to drive our CRM and Digital content execution as part of the UK and EU Marketing Team. This role will report into the Head of Digital Marketing, from our London office in Victoria.
As the CRM and Digital Content Manager (UK), you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Digital Marketing in developing an integrated multi-channel approach to our owned properties (CRM, SMS, APP and Web) focusing on driving commercial value and creating brand value through your execution.
You will partner with the broader digital team and MarTech product owners in the development and execution of our CRM strategy, leveraging our CRM platform (Braze) to continuously test and learn and optimize activities.
What will I be doing?
* Own plan and delivery of all CRM comms for Pret UK, including email marketing, in-App messaging and push notifications
* Manage all retention and loyalty journeys for Pret's loyalty programme (Pret Perks), Club Pret and Pret Delivers
* Help define and analyse Pret UK’s core customer segment, and approach to segmented personalisation
* Manage all digital content on CMS, including briefing of digital assets and ensuring website and app content is optimised
* Monitor and report on channel-specific performance, summarise key insights and recommend actions to improve performance to key stakeholders on weekly and monthly basis (as relevant)
* Working in partnership with design and digital marketing team to create clear and consistent comms across channels
Skills and experience
* Experience in a CRM role in a retail or high growth business as well as D2C eCommerce business.
* A proven track record of success in scaling digital business through cross channel user acquisition, conversion and retention initiatives
* Strong with Excel and ability to analyse different digital data sets, comfortable using Google Analytics
* Hands-on experience building email comms and automation journeys
* Experience briefing and supporting with eCom content creation for digital channels
* Experience using ESP and CRM platforms to build email templates and design new templates and automated journeys (e.g. Braze)
* Experience using digital content platforms such as contentful.
* Data driven and 100% customer-oriented
* A creative thinker, who uses data and performance to make decisions and plans for growth
* Line-management experience preferred
* Proficiency in French a bonus, but not essential
