I am working with an integrated, creative communications agency, who are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join their team. They builds brands at the intersection of sports, fashion and lifestyle, and work with clients such as New Balance, Hunter, Speedo, and Sweaty Betty. The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing pillar accounts and integrated campaigns. Ideally, you will have high level skills in management and accountability, with the ability to provide strategic counsel to the agency and clients - together with excellent experience, knowledge and a personal interest in lifestyle and sportwear markets.
Responsibilities:
Account & Campaign Management
* Manage multiple client accounts, drive growth, and upsell services.
* Lead and deliver campaigns, activations, press outreach, and product seeding.
* Oversee team performance, ensuring objectives and KPIs are met.
* Build strong client and agency relationships with expert counsel.
* Motivate and develop junior team members, boosting morale and excellence.
* Provide proactive updates and manage senior relationships effectively.
* Establish new success metrics and continuously push creative boundaries.

Finance & Planning
* Strong financial management skills for budgets of all sizes.

* Maintain accurate pricing and service levels.

* Negotiate scope of work (SOW) and KPIs.
Delivery
* Create high-quality written materials, proposals, and pitches.

* Execute integrated campaigns across PR, social, influencer, and experiential.

* Provide crisis management and strategic counsel.
