As a member of the payroll team, you'll handle a variety of tasks for both our UK and International clients.
You will collaborate with skilled professionals to utilise the latest payroll systems. Full training will be provided and there will also be an opportunity to study towards a recognised payroll qualification.
Your New Role
This list of duties is not exhaustive and may change from time to time according to business needs:
* Administer and process client payroll submissions and auto-enrolment requirements
* Ensure the timely receipt and processing of payroll data within set deadlines
* Prepare standard client reports and manage PAYE/NIC/Auto Enrolment pension administration
* Process payroll tax payments and other required deductions
* Provide client support via phone and email, and liaise with HMRC as needed
* Manage customer data and related administrative tasks
* Maintain housekeeping and procedural documentation
* Perform various office and administrative duties
* Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the Senior Leadership Team
What will you need to succeed in this role?

* Educated to minimum of Higher Grade
* Ability to work to deadlines and produce high quality work
* Highly organised with ability to prioritise workload
* Accurate and methodical approach
* Excellent communication skills with ability to engage with team members and clients at all levels
* Excellent IT and numeracy skills
* A flexible, positive approach to work
* Prior experience of handling and processing sensitive data (desirable)
