We’ve now got an exciting opportunity for a talented Senior CRO Manager to join the business and shape the performance of our website, apps, and the journey our users take from the many routes to Subscription. This role will be responsible for converting our customers on web and app, optimising our paywall, landing page, checkout and display assets to drive seamless efficient conversion journeys. This role will develop a robust test and learn framework, identify opportunities with personalisation, audience segmentation and analyse data to create a best-in-class CRO strategy. You will operate across UK, Australia and US. Main Responsibilities Grow the Mail CRO Strategy in all our key markets (UK, Australia, US) creating tailored strategies for each territory. Hands-on role responsible for the activation and optimisation of onsite conversion assets (including Zephr). Developing a robust roadmap of test and learn Leverage our data to identify opportunities, trends in performance and areas of focus Collaborate with our Product and Marketing teams to build market-leading user journeys from off-site to on-site. Work with our Editorial and Brand teams to amplify our journalism to new audiences Person Specification Hands on experience on creating paywall flows on Zephr (or equivalent) Has demonstrable experience of developing CRO strategies across both website and apps. Exceptionally organised in ways of working, with impeccable attention to detail. Analytically minded with the ability to navigate multiple datasets to gain actionable insight.
