Fleet Technician Salary: £26,000 per year Location: Culham, Oxfordshire We are looking for a proactive and organised Fleet Technician to join our team This role combines fleet administration with hands-on vehicle management to ensure our operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all vehicles are cleaned in-out, insured, and taxed before they leave the yard. Conduct vehicle check-ins and check-outs, ensuring cleanliness, insurance, tax, fuel, oil, and AdBlue levels. Conduct van inspection, checking for damages. You will need to use your personal phone for Google Chat and the ATA platform to complete the condition report. Support the Fleet Manager with MOTs, servicing, and repairs with approved workshops. Monitor vehicle telematics, ensuring cameras and trackers are operational. Perform basic maintenance, including battery checks and vehicle startups, Replace mirrors or small parts (Training will be provided). Track insurance updates and rental agreements, ensuring all records are current. Ensure vehicles in Ventures yard are started every other day. Assist with van movements and have the ability to drive to local garages. Key Skills & Attributes: Strong organisational and administrative abilities. Good communication skills for good collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Strong ability to use Google Workspace tools, including Google Sheets, for data management and reporting.
