To provide cleaning tasks within Samuel Johnson Community Hospital NHS.
* Must be flexible; previous experience is desirable but not essential.
* Must be physically able to undertake all aspects of the role.
* Ensuring standards are met and maintained.
* To undertake all the domestic cleaning duties within a busy department.
* Working with NSC 21; this can be a physically demanding role.
* Provide high standards of cleanliness to all departments and communal areas occupied by the NHS services.
Main duties of the job
The individual will be responsible for ensuring that cleanliness standards are maintained in the area they are working to national standards of cleanliness. All work schedules are to be adhered to, and all cleaning equipment is to be used in accordance with the instructions, with faults reported. The successful candidate will be supported by the management team. A comprehensive training package will be provided, and other elements of training will be discussed through the appraisal process.
