Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree.
* Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
* Experience defining program requirements and using data to determine improvements.
* Experience in program or project management.
* Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
* Experience leading process improvements.
* Experience in stakeholder management.
* Knowledge of Excel and SQL.
