Are you looking for a long-term supply role in a SEN School? (with the potential for a permanent position at the end of it!) We are working with a school committed to providing exceptional education and support to children with Special Educational Needs. The school caters to students with a range of needs, including behavioural challenges, Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), and non-verbal communication.
Role and Responsibilities: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Supply Teacher for a long-term position. The ideal candidate will have:
1. Experience working with children with behavioural needs, ASC, and non-verbal communication.
2. Proven ability to plan and deliver lessons tailored to children with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
3. A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Experience in SEN settings is essential.
3. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply if their university experience included SEN placements.
