Location: National Centre for Diversity – Leeds, LS2 7PN. This is a hybrid role, onsite training and occasional travel to the office location will be required.

Role Overview:
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of administrative processes, and contributing to the overall success of our client engagement and sales efforts. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and tracking leads through the sales pipeline.
* Prepare and distribute sales documents, including proposals, agreements, and presentations.
* Respond to client inquiries and provide information about our services.
Administrative Duties:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and events for the sales team.
* Generate reports and analytics to support sales strategy and decision-making.
* Act as a point of contact for customers, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining positive relationships as clients undergo their Investors and Leaders in Diversity Journeys.
* Provide high-quality customer service to resolve client queries efficiently.
* Work closely with other departments, including marketing and administration, to support sales initiatives and maintain positive client experiences.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools within the sales function.
* Provide general support to the CEO as required concerning sales activity.
From time to time and as required, you will be expected to support the wider team in work areas that are not mentioned in the above job description.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales support or administrative service roles.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities; ability to self-manage, prioritise workload, and work independently.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar platforms).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
