Please note that this role will look to start the week commencing 6 th May so you must be readily available to be considered. Our client ae based in the Thame area of Oxford where you will be required predominantly on site. Responsibilities of the Office Administrator will include but not be limited to: Provide general office support, including answering phones, managing mail, welcoming visitors and handling inquiries. Assist with ordering office supplies and equipment to ensure efficient resource management. Organise meetings, including booking venues, arranging catering and setting up rooms. Support the Office Manager in obtaining quotes and coordinating property repairs, while updating the property works database. Perform administrative tasks such as word processing, filing, and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information. Your Profile: Previous experience working in a similar role is highly desirable. Good customer service manner and communication skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with varying deadlines. In return, the successful candidate can expect a salary of £23,809.50.
