Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting a Planning Coordinator to join the team.
The main purpose of this role is to support the Inventory Manager with demand planning and managing the purchase of products for the business.
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £30,500 P/A, depending on experience, plus health cash plan, EAP, staff discount, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and more!
This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
Reporting to the Inventory Manager your responsibilities will include:
Using demand forecasting software to manage inventory requirements to satisfy demand,
Raise purchase orders with suppliers,
Maintain communication with ecommerce to ensure stock activities are monitored,
Liaise with customers, internal and external, to best optimise the supply chain.
The ideal candidate:
Must have experience working in a purchasing or planning role, ideally for an European or International organisation,
Will need to be familiar with Microsoft Dynamics, or various ERP, MRP or forecasting systems,
Must be an effective communicator, in both written and spoken English. Any additional European languages would be an advantage!
Will have a strong understanding of stock.
