Our client is a franchised dealership, who are now seeking to recruit an Exceptional and experienced Sales Controller for their busy and thriving site.
Responsibilities
* Showroom based, meet and greet customers
* Report to the General Sales Manager, coordinating the daily activities of the Sales Executives
* Provide support, coaching, and assistance to maximize sales volume and profitability, primarily responsible for achieving both chassis and F&I KPI’s
* Oversee all aspects of the F&I functions to maximize sales profitability
* Manage the enquiry management process
* Promote a professional image of the dealership and ensure customer satisfaction standards are maintained
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for vehicle sales and finance transactions to facilitate regular reviews of performance against targets
* Involve in vehicle part-exchange appraisals/valuations, controlling, and sales deals
About You
* 2-3 years experience as either Sales Controller, Business Manager, or Transaction Manager
* Good working knowledge of Kerridge or an alternative; DO training will be given to build on your existing knowledge of systems and to comply with FSA regulations
* Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
* Positive, customer-focused attitude and approach to work
* Proven experience with strong exposure in selling, finance, invoicing, managing accounts, staff management, and administrative duties
* Valid driving licence
Package
Hours: Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 6pm, one late till 9pm either a Tuesday or Thursday, day off in the week, and no Sundays
