We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Capacity Planning & MI Analyst to join our Resource Planning team in our Nursing department. The Capacity Planning & MI Analyst will be responsible for managing capacity planning and delivering insightful management information within the Nursing Service. The position is full-time Monday - Friday and is based in Runcorn. Deliver accurate and timely MI, statistical data and insightful analysis in line with business needs Compile and produce regular and ad-hoc reports on key performance indicators and business metrics Develop and maintain an MI reporting system utilising PowerBI and MS Excel to aid continuously improving efficiency in data analysis and presentation Identify and analyse trends, providing recommendations to support business planning and service improvement Respond to queries and requests for information, liaising with internal and external stakeholders Design and create spreadsheet-based reports that provide actionable insights in a clear and usable format Collaborate with Nurse Managers and other stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives Assist in analysing existing processes and data to identify opportunities for optimization Participate in stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather insights and feedback Maintain an operational plan for the Nursing service, ensuring alignment with business needs Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms on key business metrics to support performance monitoring Experience in a similar capacity planning or MI role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools and other reporting software Benefits Contributory Pension Scheme (rises with service) Role specific tailored training and development plan Life Insurance (4 x salary, death in service) 25 days holiday (rises to 27 after 5 years service) and ability to buy/sell holidays Maternity, Paternity and Adoption Leave Professional fees paid Bike to work scheme Long Service Awards Employee Assistance Programme Free onsite parking and subsidised canteen Blue Light Card Company funded family days out We are proud to foster a workplace free from discrimination.
