The Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Production Planner. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth production of our products.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement efficient production plans to meet customer demands and production schedules.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency and quality.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A degree in a relevant field such as supply chain management, operations management, or business administration.
* Proven experience in a production planning or operations management role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes:
* A basic salary of £40,000 per annum.
* A performance-related bonus of up to £10,000 per annum.
