Job Description
* Leading and managing audits in accordance with firm methodology and standards.
* Preparing and reviewing audit work papers and summaries of significant findings.
* Communicating with clients about their financial and operational processes.
* Mentoring and training junior team members.
* Ensuring compliance with internal (audit methodology and risk management) and external (regulatory) requirements.
* Proactively managing financial reporting and audit risks.
* Managing client relationships and identifying opportunities for new business.
* Participating in team meetings and contributing to the company's strategy and policy making.
The Successful Applicant
* A successful Audit Senior should have:
* A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) or working towards a qualification.
* Proven experience in an Auditing role.
* Experience in leading Audits is preferable but not essential.
* Strong technical auditing knowledge with proficiency in IFRS.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* An analytical ability and strong attention to detail.
