We are currently recruiting for a full-time Assistant Shop Manager in our Liverpool, Great Homer Street shop who will support the Manager in the day-to-day operation and to lead a team of volunteers.
You will work 37.5 hours per week, on a variable rota over 7 days, including weekends and bank/public holidays.
Responsibilities:
* Assist the Manager in achieving sales within the shop using best charity retail practice.
* Lead a team of volunteers.
* Support the day-to-day operations of the shop.
Minimum Requirements:
* Relevant experience working within either a fashion environment or the charity sector is essential.
* Supervisory experience, working with volunteers or selling furniture would be advantageous.
