(Salary £39,912 - £48,635)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse (Mental Health or Adult) with experience of supporting people who use substances to join our busy Drug and Alcohol Service. The post holder will independently assess, plan and implement evidence-based treatment programmes in collaboration with the client group and in close partnership with other agencies, as well as providing harm reduction advice.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate their personal commitment to providing a flexible service to meet local need, which puts clients' strengths first and foremost while fostering an environment where the client can be proactive in working towards their recovery.

You should hold Independent and Supplementary Non-Medical Prescribing qualification or provide a commitment to achieve the relevant qualification if not already in place.
The applicant would be required to travel efficiently and effectively to undertake the role. A driving licence is essential, and a pool car may be available; however, applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes, if required.
Relocation package may be available to the successful candidate.
This is a permanent 37 hours per week post, worked in accordance with service requirements.
