As our Customer Services Team Leader, youll play a starring role in delivering an exceptional customer experience for our tenants in Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas. Youll take a leading role in helping Two Rivers deliver human centric and personalised services to our tenants and ensure we are effortless and straight forward with our tenant enquiries.
What youll bring to our team
You will be passionate about caring about our tenants experiences of our services and aiming to get things right first time! Youll lead and support the customer service team to deliver exceptional service to our tenants. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the team provides timely, empathetic, and personalised resolutions to tenant enquires. You will also have the opportunity to shape and implement service improvements, working closely with other departments to improve tenant satisfaction and experience.
