Main duties of the job
You will demonstrate a passion for improving the patient and relative experience. You will be expected to undertake any mandatory training to enhance pre-existing knowledge and ensure research-based practice. In addition to this, you will possess well-developed communication skills that will be used to engage, inspire, and motivate both staff and patients in this exciting and challenging clinical area. Good time management skills are essential, as is the ability to prioritise your workload, and in return, we will enable you to develop your clinical and leadership skills with the support from the Senior Nursing team within the Medical and Emergency Care Division.
