We’re on the lookout for a Data & Marketing Administrator to join our growing team at Techfellow. If you enjoy being the go-to person for keeping things organised, take pride in clean, accurate data, and like the idea of supporting both recruitment and marketing – this might be your perfect next move.
This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of three days a week in the office (four during probation). We’re based in Bells Yew Green/Frant, just 5-10 minutes from Tunbridge Wells. Thursdays are our unofficial team day – lunch is on us – just one of the small ways we stay connected. We’ve built a culture based on trust, quality, and collaboration. There’s real flexibility here – and plenty of room to grow and shape your role over time!

What You’ll Be Doing:
CRM & Data Management
• Upload and register candidates on our CRM (Colleague)
• Keep CVs, skills, and notes up to date
• Maintain accurate records of interviews and activity
• Update contact details from LinkedIn and other sources
• Produce reports and check data for consistency
• Support data protection and integrity
Marketing Support
• Upload new roles and keep live job details accurate on our CRM and website
• Write or update job specs
• Monitor applicants from LinkedIn and the website, tagging them appropriately
• Run weekly audits to make sure consultants are tagging marketing-relevant candidates
Extra Support
• Help build LinkedIn networks and contact maps via CRM
• Suggest ideas and process improvements – especially where tech or automation could help
What You’ll Bring:
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Comfortable using Office 365, CRMs, email, and online tools
• Open to using AI tools and new tech
• Good time management and ability to work independently
• Friendly, proactive communicator
• Resilient and positive, especially with repetitive tasks
• A curious mindset – always looking for ways to improve how things are done
• Someone who fits our relaxed but driven culture – no need to be overly corporate
• A full driving licence is a plus due to our location
