We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused Onsite Support Analyst to join the team, working directly onsite at a key client location in Woburn, Bedfordshire. In this hands-on technical role, you will provide expert 2nd line support, assist with infrastructure management and supporting a diverse user base of around 250 users. As part of a dedicated onsite team, you'll collaborate with another Onsite Support Analyst while working closely with the wider team on projects and consultancy services. Responsibilities: Provide 2nd line technical support to users across multiple business units and locations. Assist with the management and maintenance of infrastructure, including virtualisation, managed networking, and Microsoft 365. Offer expert support for Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. Build long-lasting relationships with users and provide high-quality customer service. Collaborate with the internal team to deliver projects and support on various IT services. Support ongoing IT development and contribute ideas to improve processes and services. Requirements Proven experience in a technical support role, ideally within a Managed Services environment. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows Server and Microsoft 365. Proficiency in virtualisation technologies (e.g., Hyper-V) and networking (e.g., Cisco Switching, Unifi Wi-Fi). Experience working with Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a desire to continually learn and improve. Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. Living within a commutable distance to Woburn, Bedfordshire.
