IT Services Analyst
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £25,305 – £29,102 per annum (pro rata)
Contract: Permanent; Full Time (35 hours per week)

Our client has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced IT Services Analyst, to provide 1st and 2nd line support onsite and remotely for their hospices, offices and shops. This is a varied, interesting role that will require a solid technical skillset, combined with excellent customer service skills.
The role
As part of the IT Service Desk team, you’ll provide a broad range of software and hardware support to their employees across Scotland. The service desk is the single point of contact for users with issues, queries and requests related to their IT solutions and you will help ensure those issues are resolved effectively and efficiently.
Their ambition is to reach every family in Scotland who is living with the heart-breaking prognosis that their child is dying and offer them our client’s care and support to empower them to make the most of the short time they have together because no-one should face the death of their child alone. As an IT Service Analyst, you will be instrumental in enabling their staff and volunteers to provide the very best service to the families they support.
About you
1. Experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT Support in a multi-site environment.
2. IT knowledge, specifically Microsoft 365, AD and management of end-user devices.
3. Educated to HNC/D level in computer science discipline or equivalent technical qualification.
4. Customer focus with an ability to adapt your communication style and advice to meet the varied needs of their service users.
5. Driven and self-motivated, with a continuous improvement mindset.
