Receiving and processing sales orders on to the ERP system. Dealing with customer queries in an efficient manner. Providing customers with product information. Meet and greet clients in the office and deal with any queries face to face. General office administrative duties. Experience required: Previous experience within a customer service role. GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in person and via phone/email. IT skills Microsoft Office packages. Capable of managing time effectively.
