Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs.
* Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
* Work closely with the SENCO, teaching assistants, and external professionals.
* Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of pupil development.
* Engage with parents and carers to support holistic learning and wellbeing.
Essential Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Proven experience working with children with special educational needs.
* Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and interventions.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs.
