Accounts Administrator, Old Woking £25000 – 27500 This is a permanent full-time job and although it’s in a good location, candidates will need their own transport to get to this just out of town office. Looking for a pro-active Accounts Administrator with good communication skills and a keen eye for detail to join our clients small and friendly team. This is an interesting role that will appeal to someone bright, looking for a variation and the chance to use their current skills and develop new ones. Alongside the accounting duties you will also provide support to the Operations Manager. Training will be provided for the new responsibilities required in that part of the role. Duties will include: Purchase ledger invoice processing. Sales ledger invoicing. Credit control (managing outstanding debts to the business). Bank reconciliations. VAT returns. Payroll support / processing staff Expenses. Taking and resolving supplier and customer queries. Plus fleet administration, booking hotels, providing quotations and more. Using Sage Accounts, Excel and Microsoft Office, the ideal candidate will ideally be degree educated or maybe working towards their AAT and will have two years or more of office experience.
