A growing consultancy based in the city is looking to hire a fully office-based Office Assistant to join their London office. Working alongside the office manager and a team of EAs, you will be based on Reception and be the first person guests will see when they arrive!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a busy Office Assistant role which is perfect for someone looking for their first office role in the buzzy City of London! Typical duties include:
1. Meeting and greeting guests.
2. Setting up meeting rooms and ordering catering for work lunches.
3. Ordering office supplies, stationery, and kitchen stock.
4. Supporting the EAs with expenses and potentially booking travel.
5. Assisting the Office Manager with company events.
6. Being the “go-to” person for the London office.

Essential Requirements:
1. Able to build lasting professional relationships.
2. Adaptable and able to prioritise tasks.
3. Strong academics – minimum requirements being A Level or equivalent.
4. Confident manner.
5. Eager to learn on the job and take guidance from more experienced members of the team.
6. Friendly and approachable personality.
This role will pay up to £32k (DOE) and is 5 days in the office.
