We have an exciting opportunity for a field-based Compliance Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. Working Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure the efficient and compliant day-to-day running of the practice.
2. Maintain good relations with all practice teams.
3. Portray a professional attitude to colleagues, patients, and clinicians.
4. Carry out Compliance Audits and unannounced visits.
5. Develop and support the Compliance Department.
6. Be fully aware of all practice teams' duties and responsibilities.
7. Plan, execute, and document compliance reviews.
8. Monitor and enforce adherence to Together Dental's policies and procedures and GDC and CQC regulations and expectations.
9. Successfully support the team and practices to deliver exceptional compliance standards.
10. Support with client complaints received by letter, telephone, or in person, and handle complaints passed on from reception. Clinical complaints would be referred to the Chief Clinical Officer.
11. Ensure good internal staff communications by using appropriate communication methods such as team meetings, newsletter updates, and memos.
12. Assess training needs and provide training sessions where and when required.
13. Monitor and develop RADAR, ensuring the platform is adequately maintained and fully utilized throughout the organization.
14. Manage and support during incidents and reflect on learning outcomes.
15. Ensure full CQC compliance through working closely with practice teams and managers.
16. Comply with all Health and Safety requirements as outlined by the Health and Safety Executive and business.
Successful applicants will have:
1. Great attention to detail and able to work with high volume and within short deadlines.
2. Appreciation for the importance of timely, complete, and accurate documentation, seeing actions through to closure.
3. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
4. A strong team player who is willing to actively work across the team adopting a can-do and flexible attitude.
5. Proactive forward thinker who anticipates client needs or procedural problems and finds and recommends solutions.
6. Knowledge of HTM01-05/04/07.
7. 2 years of experience in the dental industry is preferred.
8. Full UK driving licence is required as part of the role.
