Job Title: Receptionist
Salary: £24,045 per annum

Job Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours over 5 days, with 1 in 12 Saturdays (paid in overtime) at our Warwick branch.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist with Avonvale vets in Stratford upon Avon!
We are looking for someone to welcome clients and their pets to the practice in a warm, professional manner and provide support to our friendly team.
Roles and responsibilities include:
1. Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm, professional manner
2. Managing the diary; booking in appointments and surgical procedures
3. Answering a range of client questions via email and telephone
4. Pro-active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothly
5. Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms etc.
6. Processing prescription requests
7. Taking payments
8. Promoting offers and services
9. Ensuring that reception is clean and well-stocked
