Requirements:
The ideal person will have 1-2 years in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, reliable, and willing to learn as part of this growing team. Experience in leading a team of people, including managers and other supervisors, is essential.
Duties will include:
1. Being the senior duty hotel manager and leading a team of assistant guest service managers.
2. Ensuring the restaurant and bar team members are consistently achieving and delivering outstanding hospitality and impeccable service standards.
3. Empowering the team to handle all guest feedback, both positive and negative.
4. Maintaining service standards throughout the food and beverage operation of the hotel.
5. Ensuring that Company and legal standards for health and safety, fire safety, and food safety are met and maintained within all food and beverage areas.
6. Managing, encouraging, and developing the food and beverage team.
7. Ordering food & beverage items along with disposable items to ensure the restaurant and bar operate smoothly.
8. Devising and implementing sales and upselling opportunities for the restaurant and bar.
