YOUR MISSIONS
Working closely with client business teams, you as a Senior Workday Consultant will lead functional areas, drive the scope, definition and delivery of Workday solutions that are fit for purpose.
4. As a Workday Senior Consultant in HR-Path, you’ll be a key part of the team, to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base. You will build relationships with our customers to understand their needs.
5. As Senior Workday Consultant you will also be responsible for coaching more junior consultants and will be involved in pre-sales activities.
6. The Senior Workday Consultant can participate in every phase of a Workday HCM implementation from offer to production support and can take up several roles during an implementation, being: Functional Lead, Analyst & Solution Designer, Tester and Trainer.
7. Next to the projects the Senior Workday Consultant participates in can lead the development and optimization of our propositions and differentiators to further grow or business.
8. A high level of flexibility is required, including willingness to travel to customer sites or to attend Global events.
YOUR PROFILE
9. In depth knowledge of Human Capital Management.
10. Experience in implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions for clients
11. The ability to challenge and design HR solutions, in line with client’s expectations
12. Translate client’s requirements into possible configuration options
13. Advise customers on solution evolutions as it applies to their implementation
14. Demonstrate functional experience in facilitating workshops, writing design documents, user acceptance testing, providing end-user training of the final solution.
15. Demonstrate effective project experience.
16. Demonstrate and facilitate the customer requirement workshops/sessions to ensure successful deliverables, including the preparation of documentation and presentations.
17. Follow Workday Methodology to ensure implementation modules of a functional solution are adapted to the customer's needs.
18. Pivotal team player with an excellent attitude - Lead and support the project team in the deployment or evolution of the solution.
19. Prepare and lead design workshops on the subjects mastered.
20. Control and maintain best practice approach, and the highest quality levels of service provided to the client.
21. Regular participant in sales activities and responsible providing input to work estimates

23. Demonstrated effective project experience
24. Effective prioritisation of tasks and managing personal time.
25. Working with minimal supervision and supervising others.
26. Excellent English language skills, written, oral and presentation, any additional language is appreciated
27. Experience of 10 complete Workday project life cycle is an asset
28. Workday Core HCM certification
