Demand for our services is overflowing, so we need additional team members and have a full-time position available for the right team player. One of our fabulous team members has taken a promotion, so we need to fill that position.
As the successful applicant, you will demonstrate:

* The ability to tactfully negotiate possible areas of conflict in a fair but firm manner.
Your key responsibilities will include directly supporting our property managers in all office administration, including organizing daily appointments, processing tenancy applications, answering rental inquiries, advertising, showing prospective tenants through properties, liaising with tenants/owners, dealing with routine maintenance, processing vacates, typing reports and letters, and other general office duties.
This role will suit someone who loves to be organized and thorough and who thrives on the challenges associated with working in a growing and successful company.
