About the Role
Are you an experienced commercial account handler? We're looking for two talented individuals to support Account Executives in Milton Keynes. As an Account Handler, you'll be at the heart of our client interactions, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Portfolio Management: Ensure the seamless day-to-day running of your assigned client portfolio.
2. Client Relations: Cultivate strong, professional relationships with clients and insurers.
3. Primary Contact: Act as the first point of contact for client and provider inquiries, resolving issues proactively.
4. Administration: Handle scheme administration, including invoicing, data management, and communication materials.
5. Report Preparation: Assist in preparing client reports as requested by Account Executives.
6. Documentation: Resolve discrepancies in provider documentation before client distribution.
7. Client Meetings: Attend client meetings with Account Executives as needed.
8. Record Maintenance: Keep client records updated in line with company systems.
9. Professional Service: Provide a proactive, professional telephone handling service for all contacts.
