About the role
The Guaranteed Pay Scheme (GPS) for Early Career Teachers and Secondary Teachers is a great way to work on supply without the worry of having a stable income each week. Our aim as your consultant is to get you out working for the full five days of the week in school, or how many days a week that suits your availability. We will use our strong relationships with our schools to make sure you can be utilised and are gaining as much experience as possible. If we cannot achieve our goal, you will be guaranteed a set amount of money each week. This amount will be set out in your Guaranteed Pay Scheme (GPS) contract, where you can find the other terms too. This is a great way to gain experience with the guarantee of financial stability.
Requirements
To be considered for the position of Secondary Teacher, you will:
1. Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of secondary Teachers.
2. Excellent communication and inter UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
3. Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
4. Hold, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS, registered to the Update Service
