Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist – Specialist Education
Hours: Part Time – 22.5 hours per week

Overview:
Compass Associates is excited to partner with a respected organisation committed to transforming the lives of children and young people. We are seeking a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join their therapeutic team and contribute to delivering high-quality support across their school in Kent.
Role Responsibilities:
As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing therapeutic services within the organisation. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing your own caseload of schools, providing high levels of support and consultation to operational colleagues.
* Offering therapeutic advice and guidance to teams to assist young people throughout their educational journey.
* Conducting assessments, setting goals, and making recommendations for therapeutic support for your caseload.
* Developing, writing, and regularly reviewing therapeutic goals for children and young people in education.
* Contributing to the delivery of therapeutic training for staff as part of the Therapeutic Academy.
* Engaging in regular supervision and CPD activities, and participating in service development initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
* HCPC registered with a BSc in Speech and Language Therapy.
* Experience working with children and young people or relevant transferable skills.
* Open to nearly qualified applications.
* Passionate about embedding therapeutic practices within educational settings.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
